Discovery & Scope – confirm requirements, drawings, timelines, site constraints, and stakeholders.
Site Survey / Pre-Check – validate pathways, IDs/MDF locations, mounting points, power, and access.
Plan & Schedule – finalize install plan, materials list, and coordination with trades/vendors.
Staging & Configuration – prep equipment, label, pre-configure where applicable, and package by zone.
On-Site Installation – cabling, rack work, mounting, device install, patching, and cleanup.
Testing & Commissioning – validate connectivity, device function, and sign-off readiness.
Handover & Closeout – as-builts, photos, documentation, punch-list completion, transition to support.
